I decided not to accept the Uganda invitation.  This past year I have worked so hard studying French.  In Paris I was enjoying that I was beginning to achieve some success in making myself understood.  Therefore, I decided to wait for a placement in a French speaking country, which Uganda is not.

This means that I may not be placed until June or later.

So I’m back to where I was when I started this blog.  I don’t know where I’m going or when I’m leaving, but I’m hoping for small business development with an ICT focus in French speaking Africa.
